How much the average position moved compared with the previous period.
The change in average position between this period and the one before it. An up arrow means the product moved closer to position 1 — Amazon counts ranks downwards, so an improvement is a smaller number. The figure next to the arrow is the size of the move and never carries a sign; the arrow holds the direction. The column only appears when a comparison period is selected.
Up is better — the product climbed.
