Using the inbox
One feed across all your markets, filtered to what matters by default, with read state so you only see what you have not looked at.
The inbox is the daily habit. Open it, read what is new, close it.
The default view
By default it shows the more serious signals only. This is deliberate: the point is a list short enough to actually read. Switch to all severities when you want the full picture — investigating a specific drop, or reviewing a market you have not looked at in a while.
Filters
- By market — narrow to one product, or use your market tags to look at a group.
- Your product or the field — separate what happened to you from what competitors did. Both are on by default.
- Unread only — for the daily pass.
Your view preferences are remembered between sessions.
Read state
Signals are marked read as you work through them. It is per person, not per organisation: your colleague's inbox is not affected by what you have read.
Per-market signals
Every market has its own Signals tab, which is the same feed narrowed to that market. Use the inbox to notice, the tab to investigate.
Export
Signals can be exported if you want them outside JustRanks — for a weekly report, or to feed them into your own tooling.
A note on rhythm
Signals arrive once a day, after your markets have been captured and the day's numbers computed. Checking more often than that does not surface anything new, and treating them as real-time alerts will only make them feel unreliable.
When exactly that is depends on the capture time you chose — see When your markets are captured. Whatever hour you pick, once a day is the rhythm the data supports.
