What JustRanks stores, what it does not, what is shared and what stays yours, and what happens to your data when you leave.
Two kinds of data
The database of search results is shared. It holds the captured Amazon.com result pages for every keyword JustRanks tracks, and every customer searches the same database. A keyword you add becomes part of it; nobody else can see who added it.
Your workspace is yours alone: your markets, which products you marked as yours, your keyword weights, tags, pins and notes, and your team. Other customers cannot see any of it, not even which keywords or products you follow.
All of the search data comes from public Amazon pages. None of it comes from your Seller Central account.
What is not stored
Nothing from your seller account. No sales, no ad spend, no inventory, no margins, no customer data. JustRanks has no connection to Amazon on your behalf and cannot act in your account.
No payment details. Card data is handled by our payment provider, Paddle, and never reaches our systems.
Separation between customers
Every request is scoped to your account. On top of that, the database's own access rules refuse any direct query for another account's markets, so the separation does not rest on the application alone. There is no view that can return another customer's workspace.
Getting your data out
You can export your signals as a CSV file from the Signals page. There is no self-service export for anything else yet: if you need your data outside JustRanks, write to us and we will provide it.
When you leave
Cancelling does not delete your account or its data. Your markets and history stay in place, so coming back is not a fresh start. To delete everything, use Delete account at the bottom of Settings. If a subscription is still active, cancel it on the billing page first. When the account owner deletes the account, it is removed with everything in it for the whole team; when a team member deletes their account, only their own login is removed. Deletion cannot be undone.
