Your data

What JustRanks stores, what it does not, how to get it out, and what happens to it when you leave.

What is stored

The measurements: search results captured for your keywords, the product details behind them, and everything derived from that — positions, visibility, scores, signals. Plus your configuration: markets, keywords, tags, team members.

All of it comes from public Amazon pages. None of it comes from your Seller Central account.

What is not stored

Nothing from your seller account. No sales, no ad spend, no inventory, no margins, no customer data. JustRanks has no connection to Amazon on your behalf and cannot act in your account.

No payment details. Card data is handled by our payment provider and never reaches our systems.

Getting your data out

Signals can be exported directly. For a full export of a market's measurements, write to us and we will provide it.

Separation between customers

Every query in the product is scoped to your organisation at the database level, not in the application code. There is no view, chat answer or export that can return another organisation's data, and the chat runs read-only queries that cannot write anything at all.

When you leave

Cancelling stops the tracking. Your data is retained for a period afterwards so that coming back is not a fresh start — reactivate within that window and your history is intact.

After that it is deleted. If you want it deleted immediately instead, ask and we will do it.

Deleting your account

Write to us. Deletion removes the organisation and everything in it, and is not reversible.

Where the formal terms are

This article describes how it works in practice. The binding statements are in the privacy policy and the terms.
