Using the Signals page
All your signals in one place, in three sections side by side: your products, your key competitors and moves in your markets. Ongoing issues stay on top. Filter each section, mark signals as read and export them to CSV.
Open Signals in the sidebar. The number next to it counts the signals you have not read yet.
Three sections
- Your products: changes on your own listings, such as a lost Buy Box, a new price, ratings or lost and gained rankings.
- Key competitors: price cuts, deals, coupons, Buy Box and delivery changes of the competitors you watch.
- Market moves: new competitors entering your markets.
Each section scrolls on its own. Ongoing issues, such as a lost Buy Box, stay at the top with the number of days so far. Below, signals are grouped by day with critical and high ones first; normal ones are grouped under "more changes". On a small screen the sections become tabs.
Each card shows the product, the level and what happened in a few words, with the numbers behind it, such as $34.99 → $29.99. The color and icon tell the kind of signal at a glance; unread cards are white, read ones gray. Several signals of the same kind on the same day appear as one stack, one row per product. Click a card for its buttons. See What signals are.
Filters
The bar at the top filters all three sections: markets, period (today, 7 or 30 days), level and Unread only. Each section also has its own filter for products and signal types. The filters in the bar stay in the address, so a reload or a shared link keeps them.
Section options and settings
The ⋯ menu of a section marks the section as read, sorts it by date or by importance, switches to compact cards or minimizes the section to a narrow strip. The gear at the top turns info signals on or off, groups normal signals and lists everything you muted, with Unmute for each. Section options and settings are saved in your browser.
Reading and feedback
Clicking a card marks it as read; Mark all as read marks everything as read. Useful and Not useful help us tune your signals. Mute hides signals for a product or a type of signal. Read state, feedback and mutes are saved per person, so a colleague's clicks do not change what you see.
Export
Export CSV downloads the signals with the markets, period, levels and unread filter from the bar (up to 90 days).
Going further
Open product opens the product's details right on the page, Open market takes you to its market. On a new competitor, Watch as key competitor adds it to the market's key competitors. See Tracked competitors.
