Inviting your team
Invite colleagues by email from the settings page. Everyone in an organisation sees the same markets; only the owner manages billing and members.
JustRanks is organised around an organisation, not around individual accounts. Markets belong to the organisation, and everyone in it works on the same data.
Sending an invite
From Settings, under Organization, enter the email address. The invitation is sent with a link; accepting it creates their account inside your organisation.
Pending invitations are listed until they are accepted, and can be withdrawn.
Two roles
Owner — the person who created the organisation. Manages billing, invites and removes members, and changes the organisation name. There is one.
Member — everyone else. Full access to the markets, data, signals and chat. Members cannot see or change billing, and cannot invite or remove people.
There is no per-market permission. If someone is in the organisation, they see every market in it.
How many
Your plan includes a number of users. Once it is reached, further invitations are blocked until you remove someone or move to a larger plan. See Plans and what they include.
Removing someone
The owner can remove a member from the settings page. Their access ends immediately. Nothing they created is removed — markets, keywords and settings belong to the organisation, not to the person who entered them.
Shared and personal
Markets, keywords, tags and signals are shared. What each person read in their inbox is personal — marking a signal read does not mark it read for your colleague.
