Inviting your team
The account owner invites colleagues by email from Settings. Everyone in the team works on the same markets; only the owner manages billing and members.
JustRanks is organised around a team account, not around individual users. Markets belong to the account, and everyone in it works on the same data.
Sending an invite
In Settings, the Team card is where the owner invites people: enter the email address and choose Send invite. The invitation arrives by email with a link and is valid for a week.
The invited person accepts by signing up with the email address the invitation was sent to; that creates their user inside your team. Pending invitations are listed in the Team card until they are accepted, and can be revoked.
Two roles
Owner: the person who created the account. Manages billing, invites and removes members, and changes the account's settings. There is one.
Member: everyone else. Full access to the Explorer, the markets, their data and notes. Members can see the billing page but not change anything on it, and cannot invite or remove people.
There are no permissions per market. Everyone in the team sees every market.
How many
All Access includes one seat. With Team, the account has up to ten seats; the account owner adds Team on the billing page, under Seats. Members and pending invitations both count. When all seats are in use, further invitations are blocked until you add Team or remove someone; with a single seat, the Team card points you to the billing page. See Plans and what they include.
Removing someone
The owner removes a member in the Team card. Their access ends immediately. Nothing they created is removed: markets, keywords, tags and notes belong to the account, not to the person who entered them.
Shared and personal
Shared across the team: markets, keywords, weights, tags, pins and notes. Personal: what you have read, your feedback and your mutes on the Signals page. Remembered in your own browser: the tag selection in the sidebar and your Signals settings.
