Plans and what they include
Plans differ in four things: how many markets you can track, how many people can use the account, how much JustChat you get, and how many Quick Shot credits.
There is no feature gating between the paid plans. Every plan has the full product — the difference is capacity.
The four dimensions
Markets. The main one. A market is one product on one marketplace with its own keyword set, so a product tracked on three marketplaces uses three. See What a market is.
Users. How many people in your organisation can log in.
JustChat budget. A monthly allowance for asking questions of your data. See The JustChat budget.
Quick Shot credits. One-off captures of markets you are not tracking. See What a Quick Shot is.
Current numbers and prices are on the pricing page — they are not repeated here so that this article cannot go stale.
What is not limited
Keywords per market are the same everywhere: up to 25, on every plan. So are the number of competitors tracked in a market, the history you keep, signals, exports and the depth of every view.
Reaching a limit
Markets. Creating another market is blocked until you free one up or add capacity. Archiving a market you no longer need frees its slot; the data stays.
Users. Inviting another person is blocked the same way.
JustChat. Chat pauses until the next billing period. Nothing else stops.
You can extend markets and chat budget with add-ons without moving to a larger plan — see Add-ons.
Changing plan
Changes take effect immediately and are prorated automatically. Moving up gives you the extra capacity at once; moving down applies straight away too, so free up markets or remove users first if you are over the new limit.
Trial
New accounts start with a 14-day trial. A card is required to start it, and you can cancel at any point during the trial without being charged. Fourteen days is deliberately longer than the week your data needs to become meaningful — see Your first week.
