Cancelling and refunds
Cancel at any time from the billing page. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
No notice period, no phone call, no retention flow.
Cancelling
Cancel from the billing page. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, and captures keep running until then — you do not lose the rest of a month you have paid for.
After that the account stops tracking. Your data is not deleted immediately; see Your data for what happens to it and how to get it out.
During the trial
Cancelling during the 14-day trial means you are not charged at all. The card on file exists to start the subscription, not to charge you during the trial.
Invoices
Every invoice is available from the billing page, and each one is emailed when it is issued. Payment method changes are handled in the same place.
Refunds
Refunds are handled case by case — the refund policy has the terms. If something went wrong on our side, write to us rather than reading the policy; that is faster for both of us.
Coming back
Reactivating restores the account. Whether the historical data is still there depends on how long you were away — see Your data.
