Cancelling and refunds
Cancel at any time from the billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing is deleted when it ends.
No notice period, no phone call.
Cancelling
The account owner cancels on the billing page, under Cancel subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period: daily captures and everything else keep running until then. Until that date you can change your mind with Resume subscription.
If you hold a discount, it is lost for good once the cancellation takes effect.
The free trial
The 7-day free trial that every new account starts with needs no card and no cancellation. If you don't subscribe, the account simply pauses when it ends.
After the period ends
- The account pauses until you subscribe again. You can still open billing and settings.
- Your markets keep daily tracking for 7 more days, then they are updated every two days instead of daily.
- Nothing is deleted. Your markets, notes and their history stay in the account. The keywords stay in the JustRanks database, which keeps capturing them every two days.

Invoices and payment details
Every invoice is on the billing page, as a PDF. Payment details are updated in the same place.
Refunds
The refund policy has the terms. If something went wrong on our side, write to us rather than reading the policy; that is faster for both of us.
