What JustChat can do

Ask questions about your own market data in plain language. JustChat writes the query, runs it against your data and answers from the result.

JustChat is not a chatbot bolted onto a dashboard. It queries your actual data — the same numbers the interface shows — and answers from what comes back.

What it is good at

Questions that would take several clicks. "Which of my markets lost the most visibility last month?" spans every market and a comparison period. Asking is faster than assembling it.

Questions the interface does not have a view for. "Which competitors gained a Bestseller badge in the last two weeks across all my markets?" is a perfectly reasonable question with no screen behind it.

Following a thread. Ask a question, then ask about the answer. It keeps the context of the conversation.

Explaining the numbers. Ask what a metric means and it answers with the same definition the tooltips and this help centre use — not with generic Amazon advice.

What it will not do

Invent data. If your markets do not contain the answer, it says so rather than estimating.

See outside JustRanks. No sales figures, no ad spend, no inventory, no data from other sellers' accounts. It sees exactly what you see.

Predict. It reports what the data says. Asking what will happen next month gets you a reading of the trend, not a forecast dressed as one.

Write anything. It only reads. It cannot change your markets, keywords or settings.

Asking well

Name the market and the period if you have one in mind — "in the Dog Crate market, over the last 30 days". Without them it will pick something reasonable, but reasonable is not always what you meant.

Ask one thing at a time. A question with four parts usually gets four shallow answers instead of one good one.

Language

It answers in the language you ask in.
