The Sponsored tab

The Sponsored tab in the listing drilldown breaks one listing's ad presence down by slot group, keyword and day — the same question as Sponsored Scope, narrowed to a single product.

Open any listing's drilldown and switch to the Sponsored tab. Where Sponsored Scope shows the whole market, this tab shows one listing in depth.

The summary bar

The left block is the listing's Sponsored Score with its change versus the previous period, its rank among all advertisers on your keywords, and how broadly it advertises. The five segments to the right are the slot groups — Top of Search, Rest of Search, Brand video, Brand collection and Product carousels — each with its own Slot Score and change.

The segments are also the navigation: click one and the view below switches to that group. Click the left block to view the overall Sponsored Score the same way, without jumping back to the Performance tab.

Heatmap and chart

The heatmap shows the selected group per keyword and day, in the same layout as the keyword heatmap: keywords on the left with their priority, days across the top. Three cell states matter: a colored value is the slot score, a gray zero means we measured that day and found no ad in the window, and a hatched dot means there were not enough measurements to say anything. Hover any cell for the day's details — score, best slot and number of placements.

Switch to the chart to see all five groups as lines over time, with the Sponsored Score as a dashed reference. The selected group is highlighted; click a legend chip to switch. This is the fastest way to answer "my score dropped — which shelf did I lose?"

Reading the numbers

Slot scores are each measured against their own group's ceiling, so a 60 in Brand video and a 60 in Top of Search describe equally strong control of their shelf. They deliberately do not add up to the Sponsored Score. The percentage next to each group name tells you how much that group counts toward the overall score.

One caution on "best slot": the counting runs across the page, so in Rest of Search #5 is the very top of that shelf — not a weak position.
